Pokemon Journey Together Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute an agreement between you ("you" or "user") and the developers and operators of Pokemon Journey Together ("we" or "Pokemon Journey Together"). This game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall we be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of your use of this game, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of this game.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the State of Wyoming, USA.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us relating to your use of this game and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings relating to this game.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
